Why should I use a meditation cushion during home meditation practice instead of a mat?

Hello, my name is Priya, and I was born in Surat on 14th June 1993 at 5:55 AM. I meditate at home most of the time and ask if a cushion would make any substantial difference. Is my chart able to show if home meditation is enhanced by such an aid?

You can try using simple cushions or pillows you already have at home. The main idea is to keep your spine straight and stay comfortable while meditating. I suggest you to do some basic stretching and deep breathing before meditation. Here is one very effective meditation you can try at home: 1.Take a bowl or tub of warm water. Sit in a quiet room. 2.Add spoon of rock salt if possible. This helps absorb negative energy. 3.Play a soft cosmic “Om” sound in the background. Keep the volume low. 4. Place your feet in the water. Close your eyes. 5. Take slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. 6. Imagine all the negativity is going into water and water is turning black. 7. Do this practice for 10 minutes and flush the water after that NOTE - Make sure you do it regularly for 21 days to see results
