Why weight soul insistence face self-dislike karmic?

I have done everything there is to do. A thought comes up in meditation: could it be that this weight is the intractable insistence of my soul to make me face a life of self-dislike? The physical fight is like an expression of some greater, karmic need to be taught unconditional self-acceptance. No dieting will help me until I pass this spiritual test.
