Why will my anxiety symptoms not subside despite wanting to be peaceful now?
Name: Neha Date of Birth: 14 June 1996 Place of Birth: Chandigarh Time: 4:20 PM The last few weeks, I've been pretty alright in my mind, but my body's another story. I still wake up with a constricted chest, headache-like sensations at random times, and an odd fluttering in my stomach. It's annoying because I'm no longer actively anxious. I'm not catastrophizing or freaking out like I used to be. But the bodily symptoms just refuse to abate. I keep wondering if my body is stuck in some leftover stress response. Is anxiety symptom duration normal even when the mind is okay?

4 months agoNamaste, Neha, This is a very insightful observation. In Astrology, the mind and body are two different "vehicles." Your mind (Moon) has found peace, but your physical body (Ascendant/Mars) is still carrying the Samskaras (impressions) of past stress. The Astrological Reason: Your nervous system's "baseline" has been shifted. Even if the sky is clear, the ocean waves take time to settle after a storm. The fluttering in the stomach is the Manipura Chakra still vibrating from the old "fight or flight" signals. The Solution & Remedies: ● Patience: It takes roughly 40 days (one Mandala) for the physical cells to "reset" their memory. ● Magnesium/Epsom Salt Bath: This helps physically relax the muscles that your mind can't reach yet. ● Moonlight Meditation: Spend time under the moonlight to soothe the "leftover" heat in your system.
