Will opening my chakras help me deal with anxiety issues?
Hello, I’m Sanya, born in Hyderabad on 2nd November 1994 at 6:20 PM. I’ve been trying yoga and mantra chanting. I’ve been having anxiety issues. What are the expected effects of opening chakras this way, and how long before they show up? Will it help to reduce my anxiety?

10 months agohi Sanya, You are already doing great by practicing yoga and mantra chanting. Both of these help in balancing and opening chakras. When chakras start to open you may feel lightness in your body or more peace in your mind. you will start attracting good things in life. [ law of attraction will work really well for you ]. If you will be regular with these practice. it will help you to reduce anxiety. You may also notice better sleep or more energy in daily life. The main thing is to stay regular and not rush. If anxiety is strong you can focus more on the root chakra and heart chakra. Root chakra gives grounding and safety. Heart chakra gives emotional balance. You can chant “Lam” for root and “Yam” for heart Chakra. Other things which you can do for healing - 1. Walk barefoot on grass or soil daily. 2. Keep a rose quartz crystal under your pillow. 3. – Rub a little pure ghee between your eyebrows before meditation. [ try 7 chakra simple meditation or if you are unable to do it you can try simple yog nidra ]
