Would certain supplements or foods actually cure my anxiety naturally in the long run?

I was advised by my relatives and even a local astrologer that my worry could be attributed to my weak Saturn and Rahu position. They advised me against consuming caffeine and processed food and following more grounding meals. I have also heard that omega-3, magnesium, and vitamin D can do the trick. I made some changes, but I still haven't felt any major differences. Are certain foods or supplements able to gradually relieve anxiety naturally, or is that just a fantasy?
