Would it be more effective for me to heal one chakra at a time or try to heal all of them at once?

I've worked with crystals and guided meditations, but I'm swamped with contradictory advice. Some tell me to work on one chakra and then continue upward while others demand full-body balancing sessions. I am energy-sensitive and often dizzy or on emotional raw after a session. Should I heal one chakra at a time or attempt to heal all of them in one session? I want to make steady progress without destabilizing my emotional state.
