Can chanting a mantra help with anxiety caused by overthinking and mental exhaustion?
My name is Simran Kaur. I was born on 18th July 2002 at 8:10 AM in Chandigarh. I am a big overthinker of my studies, friends, family, etc., and this overthinking leads to anxiety and mental fatigue. I've only done 5 minutes daily of "Om Mani Padme Hum" chanting but I'm uncertain if it helps. What is the ideal time for chanting, and could it actually be a source of relief for my overthinking condition?

7 months agoChanting a mantra for sure helps with anxiety caused by overthinking and mental exhaustion. You are doing great as it is, but lacking faith might be the reason for your overthinking. Please be rest assured that there is no specific timing or rules you have to follow for self care. However, if you can start chanting in the morning just after getting up - it sets the pace for the rest of the day as to how it will go and I am sure it goes absolutely fine without any hindrance.
