Can daily meditation help me recover faster from workout pain?

Normally, I feel pain and tightness in my body the day after the gym session. One time, I read an article which talked about meditation as a wonder for the reduction of inflammation and the recovery of the muscles. On the other hand, it is difficult to believe that a simple sitting can be associated with stretching or getting a massage. Is meditation really working for recovery after exercise? My name is Rohan Verma, and I was born in Bangalore on 15th May 1997 at 3:10 PM.

Namaste Rohan Ji, Born on 3rd August 1999 in Chandigarh at 5:20 PM, you have a Leo Sun—a sign that loves physical activity but can over-exert itself. The Mindful Athlete: It is difficult to believe, but sitting is essential for Muscle Recovery. Inflammation Reduction: Intense workouts create "Micro-tears" and inflammation. Meditation lowers the production of Lactate and increases the flow of oxygenated blood to the muscles. Rest and Repair: While stretching is physical, meditation is the "System Reset." It moves your body into the "Growth Hormone" production phase. It works similarly to a massage by releasing the "Mental Tightness" that prevents your muscles from fully relaxing and repairing after the gym.
