Can I meditate while walking or doing chores at home?

It is never enjoyable for me to remain stationary for a traditional meditation session. Nevertheless, I like walking a lot, while cleaning can also become unexpectedly relaxing for me. Would you possibly allow me to make these activities into some sort of meditation? My first choice would be very close to me, which is simple and does not require any effort at all. I don't think that walking, cleaning, or any other activity can be changed into meditation unless one feels so. My name is Mansi Agarwal, and I was born in Delhi on 12th November 1999 at 8:20 AM.

Mansi, with Taurus Sun and a strong 6th House (house of service/daily routine), you find divinity in the material world. You are a "Karma Yogi"—someone who finds peace through action. The Detailed Solution: Yes, this is "Zen Activity." When cleaning, focus 100% on the sensation of the water on your hands or the movement of the broom. When walking, feel the contact of your heel, then your toe, on the ground. Say "Left, Right" in your mind. This transforms a chore into a sacred ritual. It’s perfect for your Earthy constitution. The Remedy:Barefoot: If possible, walk on grass for 5 minutes a day to ground your Rahu/Ketu axis. ● Chanting: Hum a simple tune or "Om" while doing chores to create a protective vibration around you.
