Can I really meditate without closing my eyes or sitting cross-legged?

Most of those who were loitering and observing the spectacle alleged that the practitioners were probably having a trance walk and the lotus sitting posture. Hi, I am letting you know that if I were slightly irritated, my meditation would still not be disturbed. Furthermore, is it possible to attain the same meditation benefits if it were just a pause or done with open eyes? My name is Sneha Rani, and I was born in Chennai on 14th April 2000 at 7:25 AM.

Sneha, your chart shows a prominent Jupiter, making you a seeker of wisdom but someone who dislikes rigid dogma. You have a rebellious spirit toward "traditional" postures because your energy flow (Prana) is naturally very active. The Detailed Solution: Yes, absolutely. This is called "Trataka" or "Gazing Meditation." Pick a steady object—a flower, a candle flame, or even a spot on the wall. Keep your eyes softly open. This prevents the "inner movies" from playing. As for the legs, sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the ground. This "Earthing" helps discharge excess mental irritation into the ground. The Remedy:Water Ritual: Drink a glass of water charged in a copper vessel before you sit. ● Eye Care: After open-eye meditation, rub your palms together and place them over your eyes (Palming) to soothe the optic nerves.
