Can mantra chanting help with anxiety during social gatherings and public speaking?

I am Aman Verma. 10th November 1997 is my date of birth, and my birth took place in Bangalore at 10:00 AM. I am a party and meeting kind of person, but I get very nervous. When I become anxious, my hands get sweaty, and the whole time I feel like my head has gone blank, but still I have to speak. I have found out that a person can be helped if he/she silently whispers a short mantra. To be able to use them efficiently and discreetly, I need to figure out the right mantras for me.

Mantra chanting can reduce my anxiety during social gatherings and public speaking. To get over your social anxieties, you can follow these simple steps - Start singing, or be your delusional self in front of the mirror as if you are singing on the stage and the whole world is your audience. Start making short videos or reels and upload it. You will fail the first time, but won't the hundredth time. That is for sure. Try affirming every single day from the time you wake up and go to bed : "I am in control of my emotions" Meditate to ‘Aum’ along with breathwork. Be patient and consistent; it takes time for the effects to become noticeable. Keep us updated, how you feel after a fortnight. Take care.
