Can mantra chanting help with recurring panic or social anxiety during gatherings?
Mera naam Nisha hai aur mera janam 6 June 1996 mein din mein 3 bje Kolkata mein hua h. Main social gatherings, parties ya meetings mein bahut ghabra jaati hoon. Log jab mere saath baat karte hain, toh mera mann kaafi busy ho jaata hai, “kya bolungi, muh kaise sambhalungi.” Pehle main quietly ek mantra “Om Namah Shivaya” ya “So Hum” mann hi mann repeat karne ki koshish karti hoon, lekin kabhi kabhi itna panic ho jaata hai ki dimaag blank ho jaata hai. Main chahti hoon ki mantra meri anchor bane, jab main panic feel karun, toh ek chhota mantra bolun, aur thodi shaanti mile. Kya ye possible hai? Kaise shuru karun, kaun se mantras easy rahenge esa ki gathering mein silently bol sakun bina kisi ko ajeeb lage?
