Can meditation ease the pain from my slipped disc problem?
I have taken medications, rested, and done physiotherapy when I discovered that I have a slipped disc. The treatments had partial efficacy, but the results were not complete. A friend of mine told me one time that his father had recovered from back pain through mindfulness meditation. But can it be that meditation helps with a serious spinal problem?
