Can meditation help me reduce the neck pain I get from using my phone too much?

Because my phone and laptop, which are at hand level, have been used all day, I should not be shocked that neck aches have been with me all the time. I have been encouraging myself with exercises, but I am very close to quitting, as none of them have a good effect on me. Once I watched a video, and it was stated that meditation might relax the overall tension of the body and could also be a simple fix to the posture. Still, how can a brain activity such as meditation help solve a body problem that is caused by an incorrect posture? My name is Aayushi Jain, and I was born in Jaipur on 12th March 1999 at 8:40 AM.

Namaste Aayushi Ji, Born on 19th June 2000 in Bhopal at 11:10 AM, you are a Gemini Sun. Gemini rules the hands, arms, and shoulders—making you very susceptible to "Digital Strain." Mindful Posture Correction: How does brain activity solve a posture problem? The Connection: Posture is a Habit of the Nervous System. "Tech Neck" happens because your brain has "forgotten" how to hold your head in alignment. Awareness Practice: Meditation builds Proprioception (the sense of where your body is in space). During meditation, you become hyper-aware of your spine. This awareness carries over into your day. You will "catch" yourself slouching much sooner. Meditation relaxes the Tension Patterns in the neck muscles, allowing the exercises you are doing to finally take effect.
