Can mindfulness meditation help me focus during work or study?
I am Arjun Sethi. I was born in Bangalore on 20th November 1997 at 2:10 PM. While working and studying, I frequently lose focus due to distractions, and I find it quite challenging to focus throughout the session; as a result, I usually experience frustration. I came across some information that claimed that the use of Headspace mindfulness meditation can strengthen one's focus; however, I have doubts about its effectiveness during my day-to-day activities. Is it possible that only a short time of training can bring a visible change in one's focus and work output?
