Can simple meditation help me stop overthinking everything?
My mind is constantly in a chatter. I have known for some time that meditation is an efficient way to overcome overthinking; however, I get a little anxious as it may be that my thoughts will become more apparent to me. Are these very things that I am experiencing, or is it that I am overthinking meditation? My name is Krish Gupta, and I was born in Delhi on 10th August 1997 at 5:25 PM.
