Can tapping meditation really stop my overthinking spiral?

My brain just doesn’t stop; I overthink literally everything. From small texts to plans, I get trapped in a loop. A friend told me about tapping meditation, saying it helps calm racing thoughts. But can tapping really stop my endless overthinking, or is it just a placebo? My name is Radhika Verma, and I was born in Delhi on 10th March 2000 at 11:15 AM.

Namaste Radhika Ji, Born on 12th September 1997 at 9:40 AM in Jaipur, your Capricorn Moon creates a "systemic" need to over-analyze everything. Your overthinking is a "loop" that feeds on itself, much like a snake eating its own tail. The Loop-Breaker: Overthinking is a High-Frequency Beta State. Tapping is a "Mechanical Pattern Interrupt." Why it Works: Your brain cannot easily maintain an overthinking loop while you are forcing it to focus on a Physical Sensation and a Spoken Affirmation simultaneously. The Process: It is like putting a stick into the spokes of a moving wheel. By tapping, you move the brain's blood flow away from the Limbic System and back to the Frontal Lobe. It is not a placebo; it is a forced shift in "Brain-Geography" that makes overthinking physically difficult to maintain.
