Can Tibetan sound bowl meditation reduce panic attacks during travel?

I am Deepak Patel. I came into this world on the 21st of July 1997 in Ahmedabad at 1:15 PM. Panic attacks while travelling are a frequent occurrence for me, flights and long travels, I hate them. Someone advised me to do sound bowl meditation so that my nervous system gets relaxed. Does it help that you use a Tibetan sound bowl often so that your mind can be calm during the journey, irrespective of the mode of transport?

Namaste Deepak Ji, You came into this world on 21st July 1997 in Ahmedabad at 1:15 PM, giving you a Capricorn Moon and a strong Mercury. Panic attacks during travel are a sign of "Vata Imbalance." When you travel, the "Air and Ether" elements in your body increase, making your nervous system feel like it is "short-circuiting." This is why you feel a loss of control and panic during flights or long journeys. The Problem & Solution: Sound bowl vibrations are the ultimate "Grounding Force" (Prithvi Tattva). ● Detailed Remedy: You must practice with the bowl for 7 days leading up to your travel. This "pre-conditions" your nervous system. ● The Process: During the journey, use High-Quality Audio Recordings of Tibetan bowls. ● The Result: The vibration of the bowl (even through headphones) stimulates the Vagus Nerve, which is the "off-switch" for panic. It tells your body that you are safe and grounded, even if you are 30,000 feet in the air. Regular use will eventually "de-program" the travel-panic habit from your mind.
