Do headspace mindfulness sessions really help me stay calm during work pressure?

I am Arjun Mehta. I was born in Pune on 9th May 1998 at 6:30 AM. My corporate job keeps me under constant pressure, deadlines, targets, and meetings. I’ve been snapping at people and feeling mentally drained. A colleague told me to try the Headspace mindfulness app for five minutes a day. It sounds simple, but I’m not sure if such short meditations can actually calm my mind and control my reactions at work.
