Do I need music or can I meditate in silence too?

The majority of meditation applications are accompanied by gentle melodies or natural sounds. However, I still choose absolute silence as my first option. Is the silence more effective in deepening the meditation experience, or is it merely that concentration becomes more difficult? My name is Ritu Sharma, and I was born in Delhi on 12th October 1998 at 6:50 PM.

Ritu, you have a strong Capricorn/Saturn influence. You prefer "Truth" over "Decoration." Silence is your soul's natural language, but your mind finds it "confrontational." The Detailed Solution: Music is like "training wheels" for a bike. It helps you balance. Silence is riding the bike freely. If silence makes concentration difficult, it’s because you are hearing your "Inner Sound" (Anahata Nada). Start with White Noise (like a fan or rain) instead of music. It’s a bridge between the noise of the world and the deep silence of the soul. The Remedy:Earplugs: Try meditating with earplugs once a week to experience "The Deep Silence." ● Crystal: Use Clear Quartz to amplify your own internal energy without needing external music.
