Do Tibetan sound bowls really calm an overthinking mind so I can sleep better?

I'm Arjun Verma, and I came into this world in Bangalore on 29th December 1996 at 11:25 PM. My major problem is sleeping, as I am continuously thinking about what I have to do tomorrow and a bunch of random worries. My mind just won't rest, even if I am physically exhausted. The Tibetan sound bowl therapy video caught my eye, and people were testifying that it aids them in having a deep sleep. Would that be a good idea for me to use it before going to bed? And if you only have one session, how long should it be?

Namaste Arjun Ji, Born in Bangalore on 29th December 1996 at 11:25 PM, your chart shows a Leo Moon influenced by Saturn. Saturn's influence on the Moon creates "Vichara-Vritti"—a constant wheel of worry about "what is next?" Even if you are physically tired, your Saturnine duty-bound mind won't let you sleep until it has solved tomorrow's problems. Your brain is failing to produce Melatonin because it is too busy producing Cortisol (the stress hormone). ● Detailed Remedy: You must practice this at your bedside. A single session should last 15 to 20 minutes. ● Process: The vibration of the bowl mimics the "Om" frequency, which is the natural resting state of the universe. By focusing on the fading sound of the bowl, you are practicing "Nada Yoga." ● The Result: It creates a "Sensory Blockade." The "random worries" cannot penetrate the thick wall of sound the bowl creates. You will find that within 15 minutes, your eyelids become heavy, and you fall into a Sushupti (Deep Sleep) state that is free of tomorrow's anxieties.
