Main roz meditation karne ka plan banata hoon, par aksar follow nahi ho pata. Mind easily distract ho jaata hai ya time nahi milta. Mujhe koi simple aur easy trick chahiye jisse main meditation ko apni daily habit bana paoon bina stress ya force kiye, taki ye naturally routine ka part ban jaaye. Mera naam Rohit Deshmukh hai, aur main 10th February 1998 ko dopahar 2:20 bje Pune mein paida hua tha.
