Main meditation start karta hoon par 2 minute mein bore ho jaata hoon aur mind easily distract ho jaata hai. Mujhe koi simple trick chahiye jo naturally help kare focus maintain karne mein bina force kiye ya stress feel kiye, taki meditation easy aur doable lage.
