How can I use Headspace mindfulness to manage anxiety attacks?

My name is Rohan Mehta, and I was born in Delhi on 25th September 1998 at 5:40 PM. Many times, the feeling of panic anxiety appears suddenly with me. A friend advised me that during these times, I should use Headspace mindfulness meditation. Therefore, I am pondering if this meditation could really bring me fast relief and be a support in managing these episodes without depending only on drugs.
