The name is Nidhi Kapoor. I was born on 30th September 1999 at 9:20 AM in Lucknow. A couple of days ago, I decided to break up with my partner, and ever since I have been feeling very anxious, restless, and sad. A person told me that the repetition of the mantra "Om Shanti Om" could be an emotional equilibristic source.
