How can meditation avert my negative self-talk?

When I try to identify my weak points, it often feels as if there is this relentless inner voice which keeps telling me that I am not good enough. In order to recognize this inner voice and also silence it, meditation was given to me as one of the ways. Shall I really be able to establish MyTrueSelf and get mastery over it if I begin a meditation practice every day? My name is Aditya Singh, and I was born in Bangalore on 22nd March 1998 at 9:00 AM.

The Astrological Reading: Aditya, your Leo Sun wants to be "The King," but your late-night birth time suggests a strong internal critic (Saturn's shadow) that tells you that you aren't doing enough. This "Negative Voice" is just an old program running in your subconscious. The Detailed Solution: You cannot "silence" the voice by fighting it. You must "Witness" it. Practice "The Distance Meditation." When the voice says "You are not good enough," mentally reply, "I am noticing a thought that I am not good enough." This small change in language creates distance. Meditation helps you identify with the "Witness" (Your True Self) rather than the "Critic." Over time, the True Self becomes the dominant voice, and the critic loses its power. The Remedy: Remedy Solution: Look in the mirror every morning and say three things you appreciate about yourself while holding your hand over your heart. Gemstone: Wear a Tiger’s Eye bracelet to boost self-worth and shield against self-criticism. Mantra: Chant "Aham Brahmasmi" (I am the Totality/Divine) to reconnect with your inherent value.
