How can mindfulness help me sleep better at night?

My name is Sneha Gupta, and I was born in Delhi on 18th October 1999 at 9:10 PM. I find it hard to get to sleep as my thoughts run about work and personal issues. One article suggested Headspace mindfulness as a method to relax the brain before sleeping. I need to find out whether brief mindfulness exercises are really a viable method to fall asleep quickly and to be able to sleep continuously during the night.

Namaste Sneha Ji, Born on 3 June 2001 at 11:15 PM in Chennai, your Gemini Sun and Scorpio Moon create a "night-hawk" mind. Your thoughts "race" because Scorpio wants to solve mysteries, and Gemini wants to talk about them! The Sleep Strategy:Headspace "Sleepcasts": These are 45-minute audio experiences that describe a calm place. They work by "occupying" the part of the brain that wants to overthink. ● Continuous Sleep: Brief mindfulness exercises (like the "Wind Down") lower your core body temperature and heart rate. It’s not just a "viable method"; for a restless mind, it is a "biological bridge" to deep, uninterrupted sleep.
