How can mindfulness help me sleep better at night?
My name is Sneha Gupta, and I was born in Delhi on 18th October 1999 at 9:10 PM. I find it hard to get to sleep as my thoughts run about work and personal issues. One article suggested Headspace mindfulness as a method to relax the brain before sleeping. I need to find out whether brief mindfulness exercises are really a viable method to fall asleep quickly and to be able to sleep continuously during the night.

Your thoughts "race" because Scorpio wants to solve mysteries, and Gemini wants to talk about them! The Sleep Strategy: ● Headspace "Sleepcasts": These are 45-minute audio experiences that describe a calm place. They work by "occupying" the part of the brain that wants to overthink. ● Continuous Sleep: Brief mindfulness exercises (like the "Wind Down") lower your core body temperature and heart rate. It’s not just a "viable method"; for a restless mind, it is a "biological bridge" to deep, uninterrupted sleep.
