How come I am nervous when I take part in group activities?

I am anxious about group activities. I am clumsy, my mind is scattery and I have nothing to contribute. People that I know well put me on instruction. I have come to believe that this social sensitivity could actually be brought about by my Moon or Rahu-Ketu positions. I wish astrology will enable me to feel assertive and comfortable with groups.
