How do I start simple meditation when my mind won’t stay still?

Whenever I meditate, I keep seeing the same images over and over. So that I get mad to such an extent that I can't even concentrate for one minute. The purest silence, which is very different and extremely difficult to get even for the best and the most experienced, is one of the main benefits that come from meditation. However, my situation is absolutely opposite. I am so annoyed with my meditations that I barely manage to get two minutes. Is there really only one simple and not so difficult method that does not make the mind more agitated? My name is Nisha Kapoor, and I was born in Lucknow on 18th March 1999 at 7:50 AM.

Nisha, you are born with the Sun in Cancer and your Moon in Anuradha Nakshatra (Scorpio). This creates a highly intuitive but deeply emotional landscape. The "images" you see are a result of a hyperactive subconscious influenced by Ketu’s shadow. Your mind is like a deep ocean; when you try to sit still, the silt at the bottom rises, clouding your vision. The Detailed Solution: To calm a restless mind that presents repetitive imagery, do not fight the images. When you resist, you give them more power (Mars energy). Instead, practice the "Cloud Technique." Sit for just two minutes. When an image appears, mentally label it "Thought" and imagine it floating away like a cloud. Use a physical "anchor"—hold a small Crystal or a Rudraksha bead. The tactile sensation will ground your Mercury (intellect) so it doesn't wander into the psychic realm. The Remedy:Color Therapy: Wear light blue or white while meditating to soothe the Moon. ● Aroma Remedy: Use Sandalwood (Chandan) incense to ground your energy. ● Mantra: Before you start, chant "Om Shanti" three times to signal to your nervous system that it is safe to rest.
