How do I stay consistent with mindfulness practice when life is busy?
My name is Ankit Joshi, and I was born in Ahmedabad on 22nd March 1998 at 1:20 PM. The truth is, I frequently have the intention to meditate but end up not doing it with the excuse that I have so much work and daily tasks. I would like to find out some realistic ways by which I could regularly use the Headspace app without feeling like mindfulness is a burden or being pushed to do it. For folks busy as I am, is there any basic method?
