How long should I practice Headspace mindfulness to notice a change?

I am Priya Malhotra. I was born in Delhi on 5th March 1999 at 9:50 AM. Though meditation, mindfulness guided has just been introduced very recently in my life, I still feel impatience. I keep thinking when the positive first results will be revealed if I use Headspace mindfulness daily, for concentration, calm, or stress alleviation. Whether a daily brief workout suffices or I need to have longer sessions, I am also questioning myself. I would really feel motivated and able to maintain my commitment if I could be given a practical timeline to know when to expect changes.
