How long should I tap each day to actually feel calmer?

Instead of a daily tapping meditation practice, I initially pictured it. Still, my mind kept drifting to the question of how soon I could perceive the gains. Moreover, I did not really know if the moment of practicing was 5, 15 or any other duration. Another thing, isn't it the case that merely the regularity of the workout and not the length of each session matters?
