Is tapping meditation enough to handle anxiety, or should I mix it with therapy?
For the last two weeks, I have been practicing tapping meditation, and it indeed supports me a little. Still, there are moments when anxiety attacks me. Would it be helpful for me to have professional therapy together with tapping, or will it be enough to have a normal practice in due course? My name is Sneha Dey, and I was born in Kolkata on 11th October 2000 at 7:20 AM.

You have seen progress with tapping but are worried about the sudden "attacks" that still happen. The Holistic Therapy Approach: The Difference: Tapping is an excellent Self-Regulation tool for daily stress. However, if your anxiety has deep, "unresolved" roots (like childhood trauma), Professional Therapy is needed to uncover the "Why." The Recommendation: I recommend a Hybrid Approach. Use tapping as your "Daily Maintenance" and "Emergency Panic" tool. Use therapy as your "Deep Investigation" tool. Tapping makes therapy more effective because it keeps you calm enough to discuss the difficult things. Together, they form a Holistic Recovery Routine.
