My boyfriend left alone during pregnancy, will he realise his mistake

Pandit ji, main Sakshi hoon, born on 19 March 1994 at 3:10 PM in Delhi. I was pregnant when my boyfriend Anuj (DOB 17 Dec 1991) ghosted me. I went through the miscarriage alone. It’s been 7 months and he hasn’t contacted me. Will he ever realise the pain he caused? Or is this my fate?
