So why am I mentally tired when I haven’t done so much?

Apparently, I am mentally exhausted, even on those days that I do not do much. I am too busy in my thoughts, and I fail to concentrate. I ask myself could it be the Saturn or Rahu in my chart that is sucking energy out of me. I would like to know why my mind is so tired, whether there is a means of reviving the mental strength and stability.
