My sister does not cope with family get-togethers. She does not talk, appears to be stressful, and appears to feel unrest. She was experimenting with books on self help and meditation with very little alleviation. I opined that astrology could provide clues regarding her social anxiety. Hopefully, it will steer her to a peaceful state and trust in family occurrences.
