What makes me uneasy even in informal social groups?

I feel uncomfortable even during unofficial parties. I am nervous, unable to shut my mind, unable to seem to rest whenever I am around someone familiar. I feel like I am being judged, though everybody is approachable. I have been pondering whether my Moon or Rahu-Ketu positions cause me to be socially sensitive. I wish I have an opportunity to make my birth chart influence me to become more self-assured and at ease in day-to-day social contexts.
