When is the right time of day to chant a mantra for anxiety relief?

Mera naam Sunita hai, mein 3 May 1998 shyam ke 6:35 bje Bangalore mein paida hui hun, main ek IT company mein kaam karti hoon. Office ke deadlines, meetings aur kabhi-kabhi traffic stress ke beech, mera mann bahut thaka-rela ho jaata hai. Kuch log kehte hain “subah mantra karo,” kuch kehte hain “raat ko sone se pehle.” Par mere liye time ka schedule alag hai. Subah uthte hi toh main phone check kar leti hoon, shaam ko ghar jaane ke baad fatigue ho jaata hai. Kaunsa samay sabse zyada shant hota hai jab mantra mujhe sabse zyada benefit dega? Office break time pe ya commute ke time? Kya mantra multiple times bol sakti hoon?

Hi Sunita, thank you for reaching out. You know the activity we first do while getting up in the morning defines how the rest of the day will go for us. Shani Dev being the Lord Of Karma, sees us, watches us and makes us learn lessons when it is too late to have a come back. The fact that every human being gets lazy with the phones just the second while getting up, sets the end game, sadly in the long run. Me only being a spiritual counsellor can only advice you to keep the phones away from bedrooms at night so that you do not reach for it just while getting up. Back to your main question, there is no specific time to chant mantras and call out to the higher power who we believe in. Turn deaf to those who advices without knowing the facts, and keep on chanting whenever you prefer. Remember, you are the main character in your life and you are free to do anything which sets your life correctly and you move in the right direction. All the best.
