When should I use mantras to manage stress from family conflicts?

I am Sameer Khan. I was born in Lucknow at 4:30 AM on 14th August 1996. Things at home have been terrible lately, the whole atmosphere is full of small fights, nagging, and old grudges. My head is full of “why is this happening to me?” thoughts. I found it out during my reading that the chanting of mantras like “Om Shanti Om” or “Hanuman Chalisa” can really help one to have less stress and bring the inner peace. I’m not sure if I should do it daily or only during conflicts, or both? If this is really the case, tension can be reduced, and I can have better concentration on my work even if family issues continue, isn’t it?
