Why am I nervous before even trivial things?

My heart beats fast even when it comes to quite trivial activities such as having a conversation with a friend or making a phone call. I just have no reason to be nervous, anxious, and it gets tiresome. Or is it Saturn or Rahu in my chart that is the cause of this constant worry. I would like to know why my mind responds in such a manner and whether I can do anything to get myself confident and relaxed.
