Why do I always feel alone, despite other people being present?

I hang around with people, talk and laugh yet deep within I feel utterly lonely. It is as though no one knows what happens in my head. I have been experiencing this emptiness long enough, and it is wearing me over. I guess I ask myself whether my planets are behind this sense of isolation. Perhaps, maybe it is because of Saturn or Ketu in my chart, which does not allow me to connect. I need to know the reason behind this feeling and the ways in which I can satisfy this emotional void.
