Why do I feel lost and unconnected these days?

Recently, I've disconnected myself with everyone and everything. I get through my day making things but I feel nothing on the inside. Even things that I used to love now, I find them empty. I wonder if this is due to my Saturn or Ketu placement. It's like my feelings are wearing away, I can't get myself out of it. I want to learn what is going on with me astrologically and what I can do to restore some meaning, some connection to life.
