Why Do I Get Scared Of the Future all of the time?

I always worry about the future - my career, relationships, the whole nine yards. When I am not even experiencing anything bad, I get anxious thinking something bad might occur. No! It's tiring living in fear all the time. I've read that Saturn and Rahu can result in overthinking and fear of the unknown. I mean maybe here's that on my chart. I just want to know how to stop being scared and being able to trust life again.
