Why do I never ever believe myself even when I succeed?

Whenever I accomplish something good, rather than being proud of it I will I begin to question myself. I continue to believe and think that it is not enough or that there is somebody who could have done better. It wears me out to have to doubt my value all the time. I believe that I have something on my chart that may lead me to be hard on myself, maybe Saturn or a Moon aspect. I would rather know why I tend to think that way and how I can be able to develop confidence within me which will not require other people to certify me.
