Why do I sometimes feel Pranic Healing doesn’t work for me?

I’ve tried Pranic Healing a few times, but honestly, I don’t always feel the results that others talk about. Sometimes it feels like nothing is changing in my energy or aura. I’m wondering if it’s just me, or if I’m not doing it correctly. Could combining Pranic Healing with PVH aura cleansing make a difference for my energy? How do I know if it’s actually helping me personally, rather than just being a placebo?
