Why do I start crying sometimes while doing tapping meditation?

Every time I perform tapping meditation, I occasionally cry, that is to say, tears come into my eyes although I was not sad before. This phenomenon is perplexing, but also gives a sense of release. Does that indicate that some emotions are being let go? Or is it that I am simply overly sensitive? My name is Ananya Sharma, and I was born in Pune on 23rd October 2000 at 10:10 PM.

Namaste Ananya Ji, Born on 5th March 2001 at 8:25 AM in Delhi, your Cancer Moon makes you a "Vessel of Emotion." Crying during tapping is a sign of "Deep Catharsis" and is extremely normal in the world of energy healing. Emotional Release:The Mystery: You weren't sad before, but the tapping reached a "Subconscious Pocket" of stored grief. In Jyotish, the Moon represents the "Fluid" in our body and mind. Tapping "shakes" this fluid, releasing old toxins. ● The Release: Crying is the body’s way of Expelling Cortisol. It indicates that the tapping has successfully bypassed your ego and reached the deep "trauma release" layer. It is a sign of Substantial Progress, not over-sensitivity. After the tears, you will likely feel a profound "clarity" that was previously hidden under layers of suppressed emotion.
