Why do people suggest tapping meditation to boost self-confidence?

Each occasion when I have to speak in public or decide on something of great importance, I sensibly get the feeling that I am not worthy and panic a lot. Someone gave an instruction for me to use tapping meditation; he asserted that it would resolve my negative thinking self-beliefs by increasing my confidence. I am still wondering if only a couple of minutes of tapping can make such a huge difference in my self-perception. My name is Priya Kapoor, and I was born in Delhi on 8th February 2000 at 7:50 AM.

Namaste Priya Ji, Born on 6th January 1998 at 10:50 AM in Delhi, your chart shows a Capricorn Sun and Aries Moon. You have the soul of a leader, but the Aries Moon can cause sudden "flares" of panic and self-doubt when the spotlight is on you. This "not worthy" feeling is a vibration that can be altered. Confidence & Self-Perception: Public speaking panic is a Survival Response—your brain perceives the audience as a "threat." The Technique: Tapping for confidence involves Mindset Resetting. By tapping the "Karate Chop" point (side of the hand), you are working on the Small Intestine Meridian, which in traditional medicine is linked to "discernment" and "clarity." The Process: As you repeat affirmations of self-love, you are "stamping" these new beliefs into your subconscious. A few minutes makes a difference because the physical sensation of tapping is a "hard-wired" signal that travels faster than the "soft-wired" thought of doubt. It shifts your self-perception from the inside out.
