Why does my brain get louder when I try to meditate quietly?

Whenever I end up alone with my thoughts and keep quiet, these very thoughts don't diminish but get stronger. It seems that profound reflection has an opposite effect on my brain because it makes it more perplexed. Can you help me find one single reason for this phenomenon? Is it due to my character or just a temporary stage? My name is Tania D’Souza, and I was born in Mumbai on 12th August 1999 at 8:30 PM.

Tania, your Virgo Sun seeks order. When you go quiet, your brain attempts to "file" all the unorganized thoughts at once. It’s not a character flaw; it’s a high-functioning intellect that hasn't been given a specific task. The Detailed Solution: Your brain gets louder because you are finally listening to the noise that is always there. It’s like turning off the TV and realizing the refrigerator is humming loudly. This is a Temporary Stage called "The Clearing." To handle this, use a Counting Meditation. Count 1 on the inhale, 2 on the exhale, up to 10, then start over. Give your brain a "bone" to chew on so it stops barking. The Remedy:Sound: Use a Tibetan singing bowl or a "Deep Om" frequency (432Hz) to drown out the internal chatter. ● Journaling: Spend 2 minutes writing down your "loud thoughts" before you sit.
