Why does my brother not come out to socialize with people?

My brother does not attend social gatherings. He is nervous, agitation, and incapable of sleeping. He also experimented with the advent of meditation and therapy to no satisfaction. I proposed a new opinion which was astrology. We hope that it will be able to provide direction in order to be calm and comfortable in interpersonal circles.
