Why has the anxiety of my wife continued to come back despite the healing practices?

My wife has been practicing meditation and therapy, including mantras chanting, however, her anxiety seems to come back within every few weeks. She will get content now and then again it comes. It is agonizing to see her in such a struggle. I am beginning to suspect that perhaps her horoscope has something in it that is bringing about this fearful cycle.
